A mobile notary travels to an agreed public location to perform lawful notarial acts in accordance with Texas law.

Certified copies of non-recordable documents

*Documents may be in English or Turkish. The notary does not interpret or explain the legal meaning of documents.
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID
All documents unsigned (unless instructed otherwise) and with appriopriate notarial certificate
All required signers to be present at the appointment location
*The notary may refuse service if legal requirements are not met and cannot notarize incomplete or blank documents.
Appointments are scheduled in advance via email.

*Notary fees are charged in accordance with Texas law. Statutory notarial fees are assessed per notarial act and are separate from any travel or appointment-related fees, which are disclosed in advance. Fees are charged per act and may vary depending on the number of signers.
